By accessing or using SavvyGolf ("the Service"), including our web platform and Savvy Caddy mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.
SavvyGolf provides golf league management tools for commissioners and a mobile GPS caddy application (Savvy Caddy) for players. The Service includes league administration, event scheduling, score tracking, leaderboards, and optional AI-powered features.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Commissioner accounts are free. League plans (Basic, Plus, Live) are billed annually per league. Mobile app subscriptions are billed monthly or annually via Apple App Store or Google Play Store.
League subscriptions are billed annually and renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the end of the billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Mobile app subscriptions purchased through Apple or Google are subject to their respective refund policies.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the Service to transmit harmful content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with the operation of the Service.
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by SavvyGolf and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Your data remains yours; we claim no ownership over content you submit.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. SavvyGolf shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to GPS accuracy, score calculations, or handicap computations.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
